Soft skills training can improve the skills that are already owned and create skills that are not yet possessed by students. So, in the end, students can have competitiveness that is useful for responding to a period of intense competition like now.
2. Adding Planning Reference in Life
Soft skills training will create new ideas to determine the next steps in reaching a bright future. It is also hoped that after graduating, students can create their employment and not depend on limited employment.
3. Thesis Requirements Examination
Soft skills training held from semester 1-6 will be a thesis examination requirement. So, students must attend the six soft skills training that will be held. Do not pass one of the soft skills training; you might later delay your graduation.
