As an effort to solidify the results of activities and the implementation of good performance governance in the government Science Study Program, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta, then on Monday, August 27 2018 an Annual Work Meeting (RKT) was held.
The activity which was held in the Fisipol Meeting Room, Ki Bagus Hadikusumo Building, 1st Floor, UMY Integrated Campus was also attended by Dr. Muchammad Zaenuri, M.Si (Chair of the Government Science Study Program), Muhammad Eko Atmojo, S.IP., M.IP. (Secretary of Government Science Study Program), Dr. phil. Ridho Al-Hamdi (International Class Secretary or IGOV), Sakir, S.IP., M.IP (Coordinator of Government Science Laboratory), Erni Zuhriyati, SS, S.IP., MA (Secretary of the Master of Government Science UMY) and Lecturer in Science Government, UMY.
Opening this event, Dr. Muchammad Zaenuri, M.Sc., expressed his gratitude to the Lecturers who have participated in the preparation of the Strategic Performance Indicators (IKS), then he revealed the purpose of this meeting in order to advance the IP Study Program, because it was faced with the achievement of activities and budget targets determined by the university.
“Alhamdulillah, the strategic plan of the Government Science Study Program compiled at the beginning of the year has already been achieved. Besides the existence of a well-planned planning report, for the next fiscal year. We will formulate what future achievements will be. We will face accreditation in the near future. Technocratically accreditation has been based on outcome and impact, to what extent the contribution of Prodi and its impact to the people. Begin an annual work meeting with the report of the Government Science Study Program manager delivered by the Chair of the Study Program. Includes reports on the implementation of budgetary activities and reports on non-budgetary activities. The budgetary activity is the responsibility (responsibility) of the department which in terms of absorption achievement, most of it has been done. Followed by financial statements from the secretary of Study Program, Director of International Class, Management of Government Science Laboratory and finally from Secretary of Master of Government Science.
The event was followed by a meeting on the preparation of research activities, publication of Journal / Book articles, Publications in Proceedings and distribution of IKS which were guided directly by Muhammad Eko Atmojo, S.IP., M.IP. In addition, the Annual Work Meeting this time is quite special because the Master of Government Science at the University of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta (MIP UMY) can participate in one forum. The hope is that this meeting will improve quality and can be committed to encouraging the implementation of improving the quality of study program management and so on.
