Lecturer of IP UMY became the Expert Team of RAPERDA in Bantul Regency

Department of Government Affairs and Administration, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta and the Regional Secretariat of Bantul Regency, in collaboration with the Final Exposure of Academic Text of the Regional Regulation (Raperda) of Kapanewon and Kalurahan on September 20, 2018, at the Sasana Bawarsa Room. The event was attended by approximately 50 participants who came from representatives of the Sub-district Head of Bantul Regency, the Association of Village Headmen in Bantul Regency, the Village Device Association of Bantul Regency, and related institutions from the Bantul Regency Government, as well as several community leaders.
The purpose of this activity was to present the results of a study on the Formulation and Structure of the Original Institution of Bantul Regency which was carried out by the Expert Team from the Department of Government Affairs and Administration UMY chaired by Dr. Muchamad Zaenuri, M.Si, and team members, namely: Isnaini Muallidin, S.IP., MPA and Tunjung Sulaksono, S.IP., M.Sc.
This event is opened by Drs. Helmi Jamharis, M.M., Bantul District Government Assistant who explained the direction of the Institutional Arrangement Policy in Bantul Regency related to Assignment Affairs in Bantul District. The agenda then continued with the presentation by Dr. Muchamad Zaenuri, M.Sc., who explained the results of the institutional structuring study concluded that the original institutional form and composition of the Bantul Regency Government was manifested in the nomenclature according to the assignment of special functions of the DIY Government, namely Kundho Kabudayan (Culture Office) and Kundha Niti Mandhala Sarta Tata Sasana (Land and Spatial Planning Office), the form of the original sub-district (Kapanewon) institutional structure consisting of Panewu; Panewu Anom who is assisted by the administrative affairs Sub-Section; Bureau consisting of Public, Praja, Security, Prosperity and Social Affairs for government technical affairs. The form and structure of the original village (Kalurahan) consisting of DPR Kalurahan, Lurah, Carik assisted by Pangripta, Social and General for administrative affairs; and for technical matters, the government is assisted by Kamituwa, Jagabaya, and Modin.
The results of the study received a good appreciation from Dr. Yusharto Huntoyungo (Director of the Arrangement of the Special Autonomous Region and the Regional Autonomy Advisory Council of the Ministry of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia) by clarifying again the need to synchronize the policy of DIY privileges in the Context of Assignment of Privileges to Village Districts and Governments. Apart from the Indonesian Ministry of Home Affairs, the response also came from Drs. Muhammad Subandriyo, M.M., Head of Institutional, Land and Spatial Planning, DIY Specialist Assistant who explained that in formulating the original institution of Bantul Regency must be harmonized with the Regulation No. 1 of 2018 concerning institutions.
