Department of Government Affairs and Administration (IP) Fisipol UMY on Wednesday (6/2) received a visit from the UIN Department of Government Science Sultan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. This visit from UIN Sultan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi intended to learn more related to the development of study programs.
In this visit, the Secretary of Government Science UIN Sultan Thaha Saiffudin, Tri Endah Lestari, M.IP delivered this Study Visit aimed at learning Study Program development by Government Affairs and Administration UMY Study Program and being able to collaborate with Government Affairs and Administration UMY.
“We intend to collaborate between our campus and the Study Program of IP UMY in terms of the development of study programs because the IP Study Program of UMY’s Management Program has been very good,” Tri Endah said.
The visit, which was held at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences UMY Meeting Room, was welcomed by the Chair of the Government Affairs and Administration UMY, Dr. Muchamad Zaenuri, M.Si and Sakir, S.IP., M.IP as the Coordinator Government Affairs and Administration UMY Laboratory.
“We are very happy to get a visit from UIN Sultan Thaha Saiffudin Jambi because we can share in developing the study program that we have done. And later we hope that UIN students of Sultan Thaha Saiffudin have the desire to study together in the Master of Government Affairs and Administration UMY. “Said Zaenuri.
On the same occasion, a group of 49 students from Sultan Thaha Saiffudin who numbered 49 students and 1 lecturer and 2 staff members visited the UMY Government Science Laboratory which became the trend center of IP UMY Study Program.
This Government Affairs and Administration UMY Laboratory consists of Computer Room and Reference Room. One of the UIN students of Sultan Thaha Saiffudin who attended this study visit appreciated the facilities available at IP UMY. “With this visit, I personally felt it was not in vain and what I saw very far from my expectations. Where IP UMY has facilities that are in line with the current development and adjust to the current style of students.
