Yogyakarta – The Faculty of Social and Political Sciences Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta (Fisipol UMY) on Tuesday (1/22) received a visit from the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Achmad Yani (Fisip Unjani), Cimahi.
In this visit, Dean of Faculty of Social Sciences Unjani Dr. Agus Subagyo, S.IP., M.Si claimed to be very interested in learning about the use of IT systems used by UMY in various matters. “We are interested in learning about the use of IT systems applied by UMY. Besides that, UMY is our mecca in developing the quality of education, especially Fisip Unjani, “said Agus.
In addition to learning about the use of IT systems, the Dean of Faculty Social Sciences Unjani expressed his interest in studying journal governance. “The journal held by the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences UMY is very interesting to follow because the journal has been accredited,” Agus added.
The visit, which was held at the Meeting Room Fisipol UMY was welcomed by Drs. Husni Amriyanto Putra, M.Si as Deputy Dean I of Academic Fiscal Field of Fisipol UMY and Aswad Ishak, S.IP., M.Si Deputy Dean II of Social Sciences and Student Affairs Fisipol UMY.
“From registration to graduation, UMY has implemented an IT System that can be accessed by students and parents. This is a form of our responsibility as an education facilitator so that it can be monitored by both students and parents, “said Husni.
Meanwhile, during this visit, representatives of the Government Affairs and Administration UMY were also present. Dr. Muchamad Zaenuri, M.Si as Chair of Government Affairs and Administration UMY, Muhammad Eko Atmojo, S.IP., M.IP Secretary of Government Affairs and Administration UMY, Sakir, S.IP., M.IP Coordinator of Government Affairs and Administration UMY Laboratory, and Dr. phil. Ridho Al-Hamdi, MA Secretary of the International Class (IGOV) to give a sharing of managing of Government Affairs and Administration UMY to representatives of the University belonging to this Army foundation.
On the same occasion, the group from Fisip Unjani visited each of the Study Programs at the Fisipol UMY. One of them is to visit Government Affairs and Administration UMY by looking at the facilities owned. Among them are the Administrative Office, Laboratory Government Affairs and Administration a consists of a Computer Laboratory and Reference Room.
Fisip Unjani has a Government Science Study Program both S1 and S2 with equally B accredited from BAN-PT. Yamardi, S.IP., M.Si As Secretary of the Unjani Government Science Study Program appreciates the facilities owned by Government Affairs and Administration UMY. “Ya, we didn’t make a visit to IP UMY. The facilities are very good and the management is very good. “We are increasingly convinced to learn a lot with IP UMY,” Yamardi said.
