Many things were discussed on the occasion, as stated by the Deputy Dean II in the Field of Finance and Human Resources. The budget realization of the workshop activities for the preparation of research proposals from all existing budgets was only able to be absorbed (60%), this was due to the fact that during the Research Proposal Preparation Workshop many lecturers were not present. and for existing human resources, since 2018 all lecturers in the UMY Faculty of Social and Political Sciences already have Functional Position and 22 lecturers have carried out further studies.
Judging from the results of the achievement of the Strategic Performance Index (IKS) the Number of Foreign Students (Full Time Stuudent) is still very low. There must be improvements starting from campus socialization and promotion and Study Programs outside and within the country. As suggested by Dr. phil. Ridho Alhamdi ,. MA (Secretary of the International Class of Science Study Program) “There must be clear coordination, especially with the Admission Field of UMY to attract foreign students, for example promotion to Islamic boarding schools where there are also foreign students at Alia level and of course overseas promotions, to countries that possible “he concluded.
Lots of input from lecturers regarding improvements for the next semester, so it is expected that next year’s achievements will be far better, and in accordance with the determined IKS. (Ab/And).
